Lynfa has worked within the Cultural Industries for 17 years in a variety of roles.
Lynfa’s specific areas of expertise include data analysis, managing The Knowledge Project – an electronic box office data tracking study, GIS mapping services, Box Office system development and project management.
Additionally, Lynfa has been the Campaign Manager for the Southern Wales Attractions Partnership – one of the largest tourism consortia in Wales between 2003-07.
Prior to the merger with Audiences Wales, Lynfa worked for Valleys Arts Marketing, where she was responsible for marketing development with 9 Local Authorities and 28 member venues. Her areas of specific interest were honed at VAM where she was responsible for the development of computerised box office systems, data gathering and analysis and GIS mapping services.
Prior to this, Lynfa worked as a Co-ordinator/trainer at The West Glamorgan Video and Film Workshop, a Community Co-ordinator at Red Flannel Films and as a part-time Lecturer in TV and Media. Lynfa is a member of the Arts Marketing Assosiation.
