Siân Phipps, Trustee
Siân Phipps is Clerk to the Enterprise and Learning Committee in the National Assembly for Wales. She was previously Corporate Planning Manager and then Head of Communications and Public Affairs at Arts Council of Wales. Over the last 20 years she has held a number of research, policy and advocacy posts in the public and voluntary sectors.
Originally from Cardiff, Siân graduated with a PhD from the University of Leeds and has worked in a variety of organisations in West Yorkshire, London and Cardiff, including the House of Commons and the BBC. She is a Welsh learner and lives in Cardiff.
