The Bleddfa Trust seeks an energetic and experienced arts professional to lead the development and management of the Bleddfa Centre. Established forty years ago and located in rural Mid Wales, the Centre currently offers a place to explore the creative spirit through a programme of exhibitions, workshops, lectures and retreats using the visual arts, music and literature.

We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative manager with a track record in programming, fund raising and community engagement. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre and will work with our Board of Trustees to develop a long-term vision and financially sustainable business model.

With your excellent communication and organisational skills you will share our passion for this unique place. Your specialist knowledge will be central to the expansion of our programme, and your audience development skills will be key to engaging with our local and wider communities.
