Rod joined Audiences Wales as a Distribution Assistant in 2004 following six years at the Arts Factory as a project supervisor.
Prior to working within the Wales arts sector, Rod has had a varied career including as a support worker for Cartrefi Cymru, where he supported adults with learning difficulties and helped them live independently within the community, and as a volunteer ambulance driver with Mid Glamorgan Health Authority.
Rod started his career as a wood machinist with Christy Tyler with whom he worked for 20 years.
