Nick Beasley
Nick has specialised in marketing and communications work in the arts, tourism and education sectors for the past fifteen years, and joined Audiences Wales as Chief Executive in April 2007.
Prior to joining Audiences Wales, Nick’s career has included the roles of Director of External Relations at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Head of Marketing for the National Museums & Galleries of Wales, and Marketing Manager for Cardiff’s Sherman Theatre.
Nick’s specific areas of interest include strategy development and implementation, operational planning and management, branding, marketing and communications, and the arts industry in Wales and the UK.
Additional professional activity includes membership of the Arts Council of Wales South Wales committee (2003-2007), and directorships of Theatr Y Byd (1997-2007) and Cardiff Arts Marketing (2002-2004). Nick is a member of the Arts Marketing Association.
