Leaflet Distribution

Audiences Wales’s leaflet distribution service remains the most comprehensive service of its kind in South-East Wales. We directly distribute leaflets to over 250 outlets across Cardiff and South East Wales. These include tourist information centres, arts venues, libraries, hotels, leisure centres and many other organisations. Most of the main outlets are furnished with our own leaflet racks which are continually maintained and upgraded.

The Distribution Pack at the bottom of the page outlines our range of services, routes and rate card.

Placing your Order:

PLEASE CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. To do this, you can contact Julia Griffiths on 029 2037 3736 or email julia@audienceswales.co.uk

Once availability has been checked, we will send you a form to fill in the details. This must be signed and returned to us as soon as possible. This form acts as your contract and advance notice of your intention to place print with us.

Delivery and Collection:

Our distribution storage facilities are located at:

Unit 2, Albion Industrial Estate
Cilfynydd
Rhondda Cynon Taff
CF37 4NX (see map)

Please note this store is not always manned and it is therefore vital that either you or your distribution agent contacts us in advance of the delivery so that we can make arrangements for the store to be open.

Quantities

We are happy to give advice on the best areas to target with your print. Further guidance on suggested quantities is given on the booking form and should enable you to calculate the exact amounts required to target each route.

Important: The majority of our dispensers are only suitable for A5 or one-third A4 size leaflets. If you wish to place an order for a different sized piece of print, it is vital to discuss its suitability and relevant quantities with us beforehand.

Planning/Timing

If you require blanket coverage of our entire outlets, we would suggest that you aim to place your print with us at least six weeks in advance but certainly no later than four weeks before the start of your event. If you are interested in targeting our Prime Sites only we would suggest you place your leaflets with us no later than three weeks in advance. Please note we cannot guarantee full coverage (and recommended top-up where necessary) of our entire outlets if print is received less than four weeks before the start of the performance.
